A bit about me? I love a challenge. This has lead me towards leader roles that focus on change, operations management, coaching, and organisations undergoing business transformation.

My inner nerd champions productivity. I love helping people clear the clutter from their lives; to uncover their highest aspirations—their path to spirit—and explore ways to better keep those aspirations front-of-mind while we deal with the everyday.

What’s your deep-seated need? What idea is both so deep-rooted for you so as to be fundamental and at the same time your highest endeavour?

With more than twenty years coaching experience, I aim to help people ‘realise self’, feel confident about managing ‘the stuff of life’, and find fulfilment in life’s ordinary moments.

One of my favourite quotes:

The Buddhists have a good piece of advice: “Act always as if the future of the universe depended on what you did, while laughing at yourself for thinking that whatever you do makes any difference.” It is this serious playfulness, a combination of concern and humility, that makes it possible to be both engaged and carefree at the same time.

I love hearing stories of productivity, resilience and change. In my professional life, I’ve spent years studying how productive people achieve. I don’t profess to be an expert in psychology, just someone fascinated by and keen to explore where and how affect, productivity, self-awareness and spirituality intersect.

I’d feel privileged if you would share your story with me.

Share your story here or send me an email. As an introvert, I enjoy working one-on-one.

On this blog, you find some of my own stories as well as those resulting from coaching sessions.

I also hang out on Facebook and Instagram. Let’s connect.

All the best,
